Below are instructions for accomplishing various Financial Aid related
activities after applying.
1. Online Instructions for Viewing Status
of Documents needed to Determine Financial Aid Eligibility:
Go to: www.gram.edu then click the following:
- Current Students
- Banner Web
- Secure Area (new students, use SSN as User ID. and Date of Birth as password)
- Financial Aid
- Eligibility - note documents that are pending to be submitted. Most documents are online for you to print & complete.
2. Instructions for
Accessing Financial Aid Online Forms:
Go to: www.gram.edu Then click the following:
- Current Students
- Financial Aid
- Financial Aid Forms and Documents
- Print the document you need, complete and submit documents to the Financial Aid Office.
- If the form is the Federal Master Promissory Note, please access the link labeled Federal Master Promissory Note in order to fill out the form online.
3. Instructions for
Accepting Financial Aid Awards Online:
Go to: www.gram.edu then click the following:
- Current Student
- Banner Web
- Secure Area
- Financial Aid
- Award
- Accept Award Offer by Aid Year
- Select Award Year
- Submit
- Follow instructions and Accept Award. New students access Secure Area with your social security number as the User Id. & date of birth (ddmmyy) as the password.
After accepting your aid package, allow 5 – 7 business days before processing your fee sheet on line at the above website using the following steps:
- Current Student
- Banner Web
- Secure Area
- Student Registration
- Accept/Pay Fees
- Select Term
- Review & Submit
- Print Fee Sheet
- Make sure the Fee Sheet indicates “Registered”
4. Instructions for the Parent Plus Loan pre-application:
Go to: Financial Aid Forms and Documents; Click on the link labeled
Federal Parent Plus Loans. This link will allow you to apply for
a Parent Plus loan. If your credit decision is approved, you can fill out
the Federal Plus Loan Master Promissory Note. If your credit decision is
denied, the school will receive a notification and an UnSubsidized loan
will be processed for the student.
