Annual Honors Day planned
GRAMBLING---- The annual honors day convocation will be held Thursday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. in the T.H. Harris Auditorium. The convocation recognizes students on the honor roll, the president's list and the dean's list for the Spring and Fall semesters of 2007 at GSU. Also various clubs, organizations and student researchers will be acknowledged.
Dr.
Loren Blanchard, Associate Chancellor for Academic and Multicultural Affairs
at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans will
be the speaker for the convocation. He is the former Provost/Senior Vice-President
for Academic Affairs for the University of Louisiana System.
An awards reception for the honorees will be held at 4pm in Washington-Johnson Complex, multi-purpose room.
