GSU Laboratory Schools and University Closed
GRAMBLING-----Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has issued
an executive order to close various (K-12) school districts as a result of tropical storm-Gustav
making its way into the Gulf coast region.
32 school districts have been announced for closure Tuesday, September 2 and Wednesday,
September 3 including Lincoln Parish. The closure in Lincoln Parish includes Grambling
State University Laboratory Schools.
UPDATE - GSU will be Closed
By order of GSU President, Dr. Horace A. Judson, Grambling State University will also be closed until Thursday, September 4 when classes will resume at 8:00 a.m.
Essential university personnel are expected to report to work. All residence halls will be opened for on-campus students.
