GSU LAMP Book Award

LS-LAMP Book Award Criteria

(For Science Majors Only: Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics)

All STEM majors with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher are eligible for the LS-LAMP book award. The program provides textbooks for courses in the sciences, engineering technology, and mathematics.

Incoming Freshmen majoring in Science, Engineering Technology, or Mathematics with a grade point average of 3.0 or above qualify for a minimum of 2 lecture books in science and mathematics courses.

LS-LAMP Applications are online.

Note:

1. The books awarded are based on one’s current class schedule.
2. Students who are on the Premed track will not be eligible for book award.
3. Students currently participating in the CMAST Program at GSU are ineligible for the book award.
4. The award level is subject to the availability of the funds and the restriction of the Board of Regents and National Science Foundation.
