School of Nursing Clinical Requirements
Graduate nursing students are required to present verification of the following items prior to each clinical semester
- Current, unencumbered RN license.
- Current malpractice coverage.
- Current CPR certification.
- Annual health examination report.
- Annual TB skin test or chest x-ray report.
- Evidence of Hepatitis B series or declination letter.
- Evidence of current immunization status.
