The Inaugural Ceremony will be held in the T.H. Harris Auditorium on the campus of Grambling State University. All participants are requested to provide their own academic regalia. Delegates should assemble for robing in Grambling Hall Auditorium at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2005. Members of the Boards of Supervisors and Regents should assemble in the President’s Conference Room – Long-Jones Hall at 9:00 a.m. The Academic Procession will assemble in front of Long-Jones Hall at 9:30 a.m.

A decal for VIP parking will be mailed to delegates and board members upon receipt of the enclosed response card.
