Mission
Grambling State University’s Business Services Office is committed to maintaining efficient and quality auxiliary services, which support and strengthen the mission and direction of the university, as a whole. These services are vital to the growth and development of the campus as student recruitment and retention is based on the total college experience inside and outside of the classroom.
Continual improvement and open reception to feedback will enhance the department’s ability to transition and expand. As we operate on a “customer first” philosophy, sound business practices and management are key components in our partnerships, which are designed to bring you, the customer, optimal service, while remaining self-supporting units as required by the University of Louisiana System.
