| Dr.
Moselle A. Dearbone is currently Louisiana State Team Leader
with SECAC/SEDL in New Orleans, LA/Austin, TX. A native of Alexandria,
LA , she received a Bachelor of Science degree from Grambling State
University in 1967. She also attended the University of Southern
California in 1969 and received a M.A. degree; University of Houston,
1986, Ph.D. She previously was Assistant Superintendent with the Louisiana Department of Education in Baton Rouge. She has received numerous honors including an Outstanding Woman in Government and Education Award in 1994. |

| Dr.
Matthew Ware is currently Head of the Department of Physics
with Grambling State University. A native of Sugartown, LA, he
received a B.A. degree from GSU in 1975. He also attended Howard
University in 1978 and received an M.S. degree; Howard University,
1987, Ph.D. He was previously Assistant Professor at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. He received the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Award in 1999, and has published Flow Equation for an Ideal or Viscous Gas Through A Nozzle, 2001. |

Dr. Glenda Smith Starr is former Administrative Assistant
to the Vice President for Academic Affairs with GSU. A Monroe
native, she has received the Ph.D.-Educational Leadership from
The Union Institute in 1999. She also attended LA Tech in 1971
and received the Master’s of Arts Degree in English; Grambling
College, 1967, English Education. She was previously a STAR Evaluator for Teacher Assessment for the State of Louisiana and Lead Consultant in Church-Based Education with the State of LA. In 1994, 1995 and 1996 she received the Test Awareness honors. She published the Starr Model of a Comprehensive Approach to Standardized Tests, 1994 (copyrighted). |

Ms. Leona M. Morris is a retired principal with the Tangipahoa
Parish School System in Amite, LA. A native of Roseland, she received
a B.S. from Grambling in 1949 and a Master’s degree in Education
from Southern University in 1971. She was previously a principal at Big Zion Elementary School in Roseland, LA. |

Martha Woodard Andrus, a Grambling native who received
a B.S. degree from GSU in 1960, is currently Mayor of the City
of Grambling. She also attended Southern University in 1967 where
she received the MST Biology degree. She also attended LSU and
the Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO (post graduate
studies). She previously was an instructor at GSU, School of Nursing. Numerous honors include The Links and INC Extraordinary Award, 2003. She has published Grambling’s First Mayor: The Man-The Movement, 1996. |
