The mission of Grambling State University Business Services Office is to provide good sound management of each unit that is a part of this department and to support the faculty and staff of the university as they pursue the goals of providing equal access to higher education for all participants and providing opportunities for students to develop intellectually, acquire appropriate job skills to achieve self-actualization through instruction. In order to achieve these goals, Business Services will promote the highest standards in customer service, through continual management and staff development.

All Business Services units will operate on a “customer first” philosophy while taking every opportunity possible to educate our customers. Every effort will be made to operate all service units on a self-sustaining basis as mandated by the Board of Supervisors of the University of Louisiana System. Service will be provided to the community through self-operated or contracted operations with the ultimate goals being the highest quality in services and goods with the highest return for the campus community.
