Licensing Information

1. GRANT OF NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: GSU grants license non-exclusive right for the use of University’s marks on products by the University.
2. PRODUCT APPROVAL: License must provide samples of the products on which the marks will be displayed.
3. TERM OF CONTRACT: One year.
4. APPLICATION FEE: $25.00 per year.
5. LIABILITY INSURANCE: Licensee must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00.
6. ROYALTIES:
   1. Advance Royalty Fee: $250.00 per year
   2. ROYALTY RATE: 7% of net sales.
   3. EXEMPTIONS: Sales to the University via purchase order except those for resale.
7. COLORS: Black (PMS #1C) and Gold (PMS #124C).
8. MASCOT: Tigers
9. ARTWORK: Official artwork is provided once the minimum requirements are met.
10. A copy of the applications most recent financial statement is required.
