PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To govern the sale of merchandise on the campus of Grambling State University
STATEMENT OF POLICY
Any vendor desirous of selling merchandise on the campus of Grambling State University must obtain a vendor's permit from the Office of the Director of Administrative Services. Vendor permits will be issued to sell merchandise that is not sold by the University through any of its retail operations. A vendor's permit shall be assessed $500 for all athletic events and $50 for non-athletic events. All student organizations that are officially recognized by the University shall be exempt from said fees. The University reserves the right to confiscate any and all merchandise being sold on the University's campus that is sold without a vendor's permit.
The University reserves the right to reject any and all applications.
A vendor must have the state-required liability and vehicle insurance.
