The course is designed to assist learners with cutting techniques, piecing techniques, and basic assembly of quilt blocks. The step by step process will allow students to complete a lap quilt by the end of the course. Supplies are provided. However, learners may choose to bring their own fabric to make a special quilt. Get an Early Start on Your College Career

  • Join a League of Distinguished Scholars
  • Cost of Participation— $200

Deadline to submit application : May 23, 2019.

  • Must be a high school junior (rising senior)
  • Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher (ACT Math 19/ SAT Math 460)
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Must submit an official transcript of at least four and one half semesters
  • Must complete an essay: Describe your career goals (150 words or less)
