Dear:  GSU Freshmen/Transfer/Returning Students:

We are extending an invitation to you to join the 2009- 2010 Orchesis Dance Company Workshop. The workshop shop will be held in conjunction with the Grambling State University Tiger Marching Band’s workshop. Each Student must be admitted and Pre-housed for fall semester before participating. Dates for Workshop are August 1st, 2009 through August 8th, 2009. A get-acquainted/orientation meeting will begin promptly at 3:00 P.M. July 31, 2009, in the Assembly Center Room 163. There will be a Dance Class to determine each dancer’s skill level. The “Summer Dance Workshop” is a requirement. The workshop is conducted in a day-camp format. There is NO FEE for the workshop and meals and housing will be provided as long as the above requirements are met.
