DEPARTMENT: Intercollegiate Athletics  

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) with NATA Certification or Louisiana Trainer Certification is required. We are seeking candidates with current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. Full time training experience at the collegiate level and/or clinical experience preferred.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Assist in administering and organizing the Intercollegiate Athletics Training Program
  • Provide for the care and prevention of athletic injuries for all sports, which includes treatment and Rehabilitation
  • Provide athletic training coverage for all home and away contest and practices
  • Maintain accurate records for insurance and all athletic training services
  • Manage operations of training room and facilities
  • Assist with the management of budgetary details, inventory, and drug testing
  • Other duties as assigned by the Athletics Director
SALARY: Salary is competitive with excellent benefits package.
