DEPARTMENT: Department of Management and Marketing  

QUALIFICATIONS: An earned Doctorate in Business with a major in Management or Marketing. Evidence of grant writing, research, and teaching at the college/university level is a plus. (ABD considered) Must have the ability to guide and inspire students to learn by planning, conducting and evaluating instructional activities geared to student learning characteristics and designed to achieve collegiate standards.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide a course outline for each class with wellstated behavioral objectives, enabling activities, and performance measures
  • Be available to students during conference hours
  • Serve on university, college and departmental committees
  • Provide required academic advisement to students
  • Engage in research and scholarly activities
  • Perform other relative duties as assigned by the Department Head or Dean
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 month-tenure track

SALARY: Salary is competitive with excellent benefits package.
