DEPARTMENT: Office of Admissions & Recruitment  

QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in an academic discipline from a regionally accredited University is required. Two years experience in admissions and recruitment at the college level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Assist with the management and supervision of the recruiters/counselors
  • Assist annually with establishing recruitment objectives
  • Assist with planning and development of recruiting strategies
  • Monitor and periodically evaluate the performance of the recruiters/counselors
  • Assist in the development of recruitment materials
  • Make presentations as required to the faculty and administration on the university's recruitment model (plan)
  • Participate in professional development activities and programs as required by the University
  • Make certain that travel expense reports are prepared and submitted timely and in accordance with University policies
  • Represent the University at special events and college fairs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Recruitment
