| QUALIFICATIONS: | A bachelor's degree in an academic discipline is required but preferably a master's and at least three years of college level experience (work as a graduate assistant is appropriate). The selected candidate must have the ability to maximize time on task, follow tasks to completion, and meet dealines. Must demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to focus on details, thoroughness, and accuracy. The desired candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with administrators, faculty, staff and students. The candidate must be able to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating the Retention Program. |
