DEPARTMENT: Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships  

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree required. The desired candidate must have at least four years of managerial experience in student financial aid with thorough understanding of regulations and policies governing Title IV student aid programs. The desired candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to provide administrative and managerial support during installation of software.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Implement financial aid policies and procedures for the delivery of Title IV aid
  • Manage the Student Employment Programs
  • Analyze and report Student Employment budget activities
  • Supervise the Counseling Unit and assist with the federal A-133 audit and necessary reports
  • Supervise the Service Desk
  • Serve as a member of the Appeals Committee
  • Other duties assigned by the Director or the Executive Director of Enrollment Management
