DEPARTMENT:	Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships
QUALIFICATIONS:	A Bachelor's degree required. The desired candidate must have oral and written communication skills. Must be familiar with loan collection activities and Title IV programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:	The successful candidate will be expected to: Coordinate Entrance and Exit Counseling Assist in writing policies and procedures for the Default Prevention Unit Coordinate activities for implementing approved debt management strategies for enrolled and former student loan borrowers to avoid defaults Provide counseling regarding the university satisfactory academic progress (SAP) policy to maintain and regain eligibility for federal aid Assist with the completion of other office projects as requested by the director and assistant director Monitor the safekeeping of the students' Nursing and Perkins promissory notes
SALARY:	Salary is competitive with excellent benefits package.
