Spirit Thursday at GSU

Interim President Cynthia Warrick has announced “Spirit Thursday” at Grambling State University throughout the 2014 Football season. Faculty and staff are asked to wear GSU shirts, jackets, blazers, and other paraphernalia and fly their GSU car flags every Thursday to show Tiger Spirit and support of Coach Broderick Fobbs and the GSU football team.

Tune-in to KGRM 91.5 FM on Thursdays for weekly “shout-outs” and give-a-ways which will include:  passes to the President’s Box and a parking pass for one of our home games; GSU paraphernalia; free meals from Cash Street; Barnes & Noble gift certificates and other fun activities. Send your departmental photos for “Spirit Thursday” to morganb@gram.edu to be placed on the university web.

All faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in “Spirit Thursday” activities and attend the home games and support our G-Men at their away games as well.  We want to fill Eddie G. Robinson Stadium with excited fans cheering on their Grambling Tigers.

Catch the Tiger spirit on “Spirit Thursday”.  Grab your shaker, put your car flags on and proudly wear your GSU shirt, and let’s celebrate football at Grambling State University.

Gooooo Tigers!
