Grambling State University Accepting Nominees
For Induction into 2007 Alumni Hall of Fame
Grambling, LA –Grambling State University is gearing up for its annual Alumni Hall of Fame banquet. Last year, the event accentuated Grambling President Horace A. Judson’s mission of “Reclaiming Our Legacy and Claiming Our Place.” The Grambling family celebrated and honored the accomplishments of outstanding alumni who have made substantial and unique contributions to the university and to society. Many of Grambling’s alumni have been recognized nationally as well as internationally.
Grambling encourages alumni and the general public to nominate a Grambling alumnus who has rendered notable accomplishments or contributions in their areas of study and practice. On Friday, October 26, 2007, homecoming weekend, Grambling will induct several outstanding alumni into the 2007 Hall of Fame “Gallery of Distinction.” Nominations will be accepted from August 1 through September 1, 2007.
