Annual Miss Grambling coronation set for September 17
GRAMBLING----An Array of Elegance...An Evening of Enchantment is the theme for this year's Miss Grambling State University annual coronation. The coronation will be Thursday, September 17 at 7 p.m. in the T.H. Harris Auditorium on the GSU campus.
Ahvery Nichole Thomas, a senior marketing major from Grambling will be crowned the school's queen for the 2009-2010 school-year. Thomas, the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Thomas won the title last spring by her peers during the annual student government association election process.
Members of the queen's royal court include freshmen to senior class queens and their escorts. Various clubs and organizations will participate in the sem-formal event. GSU President Horace A. Judson will crown Thomas.
