DEPARTMENT: Department of Biological Sciences  

QUALIFICATIONS: Ph. D. in Cell Biology or Molecular Biology. Teaching experience at college level is desirable.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Cell or Molecular Biology
  • Teach upper level courses in Biological Sciences
  • Develop research projects and obtain extramural funding
  • Provide research training for undergraduate students
  • Serve on departmental and university-wide committees
  • Advise Biology majors and recruit students for the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 month-tenure track

SALARY: Salary is competitive with excellent benefits package.
