|QUALIFICATIONS:||A Bachelor's degree is required. The desired candidate must have at least 5 years management/supervision experience with Civil Service employees. Must be knowledgeable about local, state and federal regulations. Must have knowledge of equipment repairs, maintenance, and operations. A valid drivers license is required. The desired candidate must have excellent organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.|
