DEPARTMENT: Department of Property & Receiving  

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree is required. The desired candidate must have at least 5 years management/supervision experience with Civil Service employees. Must be knowledgeable about local, state and federal regulations. Must have knowledge of equipment repairs, maintenance, and operations. A valid drivers license is required. The desired candidate must have excellent organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts around campus
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse
  • Schedule and assign warehouse employees
  • Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Comply with federal, state, & local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
  • Find and indentify un-located items
