Grambling State University’s Document Room is located in Long-Jones Hall, Room 128. Documents are categorized and numbered in six categories:
- Self-Study
- Policies and Procedures Manuals
- Annual Reports
- Strategic Plans
- Enrollment Statistics
- Committee Reports
- Committee Minutes
- Course Syllabi
- Committee Operating Guidelines
- Finance Reports
Departments are required to submit reports and documents each semester to keep the Documents Room up-to-date. All documents are available for copy; however, originals must be signed out for long-term use.
