As Administrative Assistant 4 to the Director of Library Services, Shelia Nash assists in carrying out routine and non-routine assignments. She supervises the Administrative Coordinator 3, prepares correspondences, schedules meetings, prepares payroll for both classified and unclassified staff members, processes requisitions, does the bookkeeping, and manages the daily operation of the administrative office.
