The Office Student Judicial Affairs is a Division of Student Affairs, designed to promote student learning, growth and development, while increasing awareness of the Institution’s expectation of behavior. Students are held accountable for violating student codes outlined in the Code of Student Conduct Handbook.
The Code of Student Conduct creates an expectation of behavior that the Institution deems acceptable. Its primary purpose is to ensure that students will not be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process. It is, therefore, each student’s responsibility to adhere to the conduct and standards prescribed by the Institution, the Board of Trustees for the University of Louisiana System, as well as those established by local, state and federal laws
Questions regarding the student discipline process or the Code of Student Conduct Handbook should be directed to the Office of Student Judicial Affairs at (318) 274-6149.
The Student Code of Conduct Handbook is available in electronic format here.
Departmental Mission StatementThe primary mission of the Office of Student Judicial Affairs is to support the larger mission of both of the Institution and the area of Student Affairs.
