Supervisor
* Provide direct supervision of all custodial staff and functions.
* Coordinates routine cleaning schedules for all residential facilities.
* Assists the Director as a primary contact for student concerns.
* Supervises lock changes and key requests.
Mrs. Harriet Horne
- Student Residence Director
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Serves as immediate supervisor for student residence house parents
* Assists in the development and implementation of residence hall policies
* Interprets and maintains compliance of university regulations and housing
procedures
* Assists the Director of Housing/Residential Life with personnel training
and other personnel-related responsibilities
Mrs. Sundari Tunuguntla
- Office Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Serves as first contact person for students in absence of residence hall
staff
* Assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of student workers and resident
assistants
* Organizes and maintains various personnel files, including timesheets,
memos, correspondence and records
* Monitors supplies and equipment, determine needs and places requests for
necessary items

The Student Housing/Residential Life Office is located in Grambling Hall room 216. If there are any questions that a student would like to ask, he/she should not hesitate to call, stop by, or write.
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emergencies after 5:00 p.m. should be referred to the University Police Department immediately.
