Statement of Purpose and Innovation

The purpose of this interactive website is to provide students with reputable, educational resources to serve as adjunct preparation for NCLEX and RN practice. 

 

Learner Objective and Outcomes

  1. Formulate a specific and adaptive study plan for course exams and NCLEX-RN®.
  2. Recognize test-taking strategies that lead to exam success and determine the best strategies for you.
  3. Determine readiness for NCLEX-RN®.
  4. Evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses to facilitate adequate preparation for successful passage of the NCLEX-RN® licensure exam.
  5. Access resources to augment current knowledge and to gain significant NCLEX preparation.
  6. Deepen understanding of and apply critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and clinical judgment required in the decision making of RNs.
  7. Integrate practice knowledge, theory, and professionalism.
  8. Distinguish the components necessary to transition from nursing student to novice RN.
  9. Identify ways to obtain a position as a graduate RN and how to develop into a successful RN.
  10. Develop a higher level of confidence in test-taking as well as novice confidence for entry into the nursing workforce.
