Please complete forms to submit after all officials have signed. You can bring to Orientation/Registration. Orientation/Registration must be attended by ONE REPRESENTATIVE AND THE ADVISOR from your organization

Submit forms to Office 218,  Favrot Student Union/at favorsc@gram.edu  through  the 8/24/2021 Deadline
Currently scheduled events will be cancelled if registration documents are not submitted by deadline

Additionally, at the above link are other documents you should access for your review and guidance through this school year. This information will be discussed at the 8/17/2021 meeting.
