Q: Where is My money going?
A: The money is held in a restricted scholarship account set up by Grambling State
University for the sole purpose of providing student scholarships.
Q: How is the money spent?
A: 100% of the donations collected will be dispersed by the Grambling State University
Office of Admissions for student scholarships.
Q: How do I get updated where the money is going?
A: We will publish updates on the GSU G1K website and social media. Donors can also
sign up for our Monthly email updates. We will consistently provide updates on the
students that are being helped.
Q: How does this campaign select the students?
A: We are targeting high quality students. Students with a 3.0 GPA and a minimum
of 21 on the ACT or 1200 on the SAT. We will work closely with the Office of Admissions
to identify high quality applicants and students.
