GRAMBLING, LA– Today, Grambling State University head football Coach Broderick Fobbs announced he will keynote this year’s Helmet & Heels event Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 4 p.m. The event provides football lessons, food, and shopping for women while raising funds for domestic violence victims and the University’s Athletics Foundation.

“I’ve seen the crowds and we have a lot of women who love and support our Football program,” said Coach Fobbs. “Our coaches are excited to connect with those who support us and share information to help them better understand the game.”

Fobbs is one of three featured presenters who will join a DJ, vendor fair, and 100 women for a catered lunch and networking at the University’s Conrad Hutchinson Performing Arts Center. Attendees will receive food, free football game tickets for the upcoming season, and a clinic to help answer any of their questions about Grambling football.
