Graduating Seniors Spring 2020 Information
Consistent with CDC guidance for avoiding large gatherings, University administration
has cancelled the Spring commencement ceremony. Spring graduates will receive their
degree certificates via mail and will have the option to participate in a later ceremony
to be scheduled.
"As the ongoing response effort to novel coronavirus puts the nation in uncharted
territory, we have made difficult decisions in the interest of public safety," said
President Gallot. "Each semester we all look forward to celebrating the hard work
of our students and faculty, so it is very disappointing for all of us to cancel commencement."
