About Us

Mission Statement: 

In keeping with the mission of the institution, the Office of Institutional Planning, Assessment and Effectiveness effectively communicates the role and character of the University to its constituents and to the public at large through its dissemination of information. The Office exists for the purpose of guiding organizational improvement and change by providing data collection, analysis, distribution, and presentation of information in support of administrative and academic decision-making. As a repository for institutional data, the Office is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of these data.

We are located in Grambling Hall, Suite 222.

Primary Functions:

 The office has four primary functions.  We support and facilitate the institution's Strategic Planning, Assessment, Institutional Research, and Accreditation processes.
