Dear Alumni and Friends:
Welcome and thank you for visiting the Grambling University Foundation, Inc. website.
I hope that the information you find here will inspire you to join us in supporting
the cause that is Grambling State University (GSU). The Grambling University Foundation
has supported the university, its mission, and its students by carefully stewarding
and prudently investing your gifts of support.
I appreciate the stellar efforts of the Grambling University Foundation and its Board
of Directors. Their leadership and philanthropic support has been nothing short of
amazing. Each year over a thousand alumni and friends, along with our corporate and
foundation partners, provide significant support in so many ways to our great university
through the Grambling University Foundation. Some gifts create endowments that provide
scholarships through the earnings, while in other cases donations are given to annually
fund specific scholarships, endowed professorships, and provide GAP funds for our
students. This level of support is indicative of the strong loyalty, passion and commitment
that so many alumni and friends have for GSU.
Grambling State University's legacy of making an excellent college education available
to all must continue. Your interest in the mission of the Grambling University Foundation
and your understanding of the need for private support will help in that effort.
