Submit information for the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing (SCM) at least one week before your event to communications@gram.edu in the format below. Your submission may be edited for space and clarity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send.

Any campus organizations, departments, groups or individuals who would like to publicize
an activity at Grambling State University through University Communications/Media
Relations must attach a completed facilities reservation form along with their request
to communications@gram.edu . This form ensures that the event has been given the proper clearance by university
officials. Any flyers, pictures, stories, announcements, etc. will not be published
through GSU’s email, website or social media accounts without this form.”
You may pick up a facilities reservation form from the Coordinator of Campus Wide
Activities, in Room 206 in Favrot Student Union.
