Scheduled/Upcoming Maintenance Update: 

QuickLaunch Scheduled Maintenance – Saturday 12/16/2023 11:30 AM to Saturday 12/16/2023 03:30 AM CST

  • Please be advised that QuickLaunch will be performing scheduled maintenance work on Saturday 12/15/2023 at 11:30 PM CST for approximately 4 hours.
  • QuickLaunch may be intermittently unavailable or slow during this period. Note: All services will remain active, and we do not anticipate any downtime during the period.
  • Normal operations will be restored by 12/16/2023 at 03:30 AM CST. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Status updates will be published here.

Data Center maintenance windows

  • Weekly – Thursday 6pm- Midnight
  • Monthly – Third Friday 6pm – Saturday 6pm

Banner Maintenance window

  • Daily – 2:00 am – 6:00 am
  • Monthly – Third Sunday 1:00 am – 9:00 am

Blackout Periods for Maintenance

  • January
  • August
  • First 2 weeks of September

Emergency IT issues that require maintenance to occur outside of these windows may arise. During emergency IT maintenance, information will be posted on our GSU Services Status page.
