Application

1. Eligibility

The overall objective of LS-LAMP is to increase the number and quality of minorities receiving baccalaureate degrees in Science, Mathematics, or Engineering Technology (SMET) fields and to assist these graduates in successful pursuit of SMET graduate degrees with emphasis on Ph.D. In order to become a LAMP scholar, you must be a full time student majoring in any SMET field with a GPA of 2.75 or better on a 4.0 scale. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. If you meet the criteria, you are encouraged to apply.

 

2. Application Procedure

  1. Fill in the online application on Banner Web

INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE THE LS-LAMP APPLICATION ON BANNER WEB:

  • Go to the www.gram.edu webpage
  • Click on current students
  • Scroll down to Banner Web and click on it
  • Login to the system with your ID and Password
  • Click on the tab “Student”
  • Scroll down and click on the LS-LAMP application
  • Fill in the fields of the application
  • Press submit
     
  • The LAMP Office will evaluate you and inform you the result through e-mail or by regular mail in a few days.
