Mr. Roderick B. Seals

Mr. Seals have a broad and diverse background of work experience and have found that teaching offers the opportunity to shape and stimulate the minds of future leaders. With the experience of working with children of all age levels through tutoring and teaching, he has the most prolonged experience with college students, as well as activities outside of the traditional classroom.  Mr. Seals has worked with students in the evenings pursuing alternative education and have learned how to work though challenging environments with students from many different levels of skills. This has taught me to be very flexible in my teaching to find what brings out the best in each and every student.  Mr. Seals has a diverse background with much to offer and have worked with many students from all types of educational backgrounds.

Mr. Seals has worked as a tutor for K-12 children, a volunteer at the neighboring community centers, and at Grambling State University QEP Math Clinic. Mr. Seals has performed many tutoring services for students in the community, got his first experience as a full-time classroom teacher in the areas of Mathematics and Physics in 2006 at William Fleming High School in Virginia.  The last 8 years he has been an instructor at Grambling State University.
