MOU with National Telecommunication Information Agency (NTIA) and GSU
Incorporation students and faculty into the Broadband strategic plan which will include
economic development, short and long term education and health needs, developing a
viable plan or strategy and cost for the installation of fiber or other permanent
transmission means to provide robust internet access to support all short and long
term captured requirements- an adjacent Parish, Bienville has 32 percent deficiency
in broadband access.
