Telemedicine

Please call the health center at 318-274-2351 for a telemedicine visit.

Patients will receive a link via their email and a text message to their cellular device after appointment is scheduled.

Patients will need to click on that link and enter the first name, last name, and DOB to connect with the Provider for the telemedicine visit.
