Grambling State University's Performance Achievement System (PAS) System

The Office of Human Resources (HR) would like to announce the launch of the online Performance Management System (PAS). The Performance Management System is an online planning and evaluative tool for Administrative & Support Staff that will be utilized to complete the annual evaluations moving forward. With this announcement begins the introduction of performance achievement as a concept on our campus. While training will be on-going, in brief, performance achievement conceptually defines a culture of measuring employee performance throughout the year, rather than only at the annual appraisal, and ties their performance to the progress of strategic initiatives.

As we move forward into the 2017-18 cycle, HR will be training university supervisors, staff, and faculty in the utilization of the Performance Achievement module. Future communications regarding updates and additional training courses and resources will be sent out to the campus as they become available.
