Maintain employee leave balances and prepare leave reports, audit employees and student timesheets communicate with the faculty and staff regarding payroll questions. Facilitate the entire payroll process along with the manual checks, gather information for auditing purposes, and assist in the development of new procedures.

Analyze leave forms and sign in/out logs, review/code employees timesheets and enter data, perform all necessary payroll processes to complete payroll and process manual checks, prepare payroll deductions and LASERS retirement report, and confer with the Internal and Legislative Auditors and employees to provide information.
