The Contracts Administration team manages the full lifecycle of university contracts—from review and negotiation to approval and execution. The Purchasing Department has sole authority to acquire supplies, equipment, and services for Grambling State University. All university-managed funds must follow established purchasing policies and comply with state regulations.

Departments may not place orders independently without written approval. Through centralized and strategic procurement, Purchasing secures resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
