SEMI-ANNUAL SECURITY REPORT

The Louisiana Board of Regents Uniform Policy on Power-Based Violence /Sexual Misconduct in accordance with Act 447 of the 2021 Regular Legislative Session requires each institution to publish a semiannual security report containing updated campus security policies and crime statistics.  The below documents contain information relative to required statistics and the recently published 2023 Annual Security and Fire report which also includes the most updated campus security policies and data for the past three (3) years spanning 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Grambling State University, University Police Annual Security and Fire Safety Report follows the guidelines mandated by the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act. These statistics reflects incidents that have been reported to the Grambling State University (GSU) Campus Police as well as to other university officials who have significant responsibility for student and campus activity as defined by the Clery Act.

Incidents reported to other university officials which are included in the statistics below do not always result in criminal investigation when the victim chooses not to pursue the matter with law enforcement or opts for alternative resolution such as the student judicial process.

You may go to the Department of Education's web site; http://ope.ed.gov/security/ to view other campuses' statistics.  Once you are on their site, look to the right and select the desired report to review online or download.

You may also request a paper copy of either report from Grambling State University (GSU) Campus Police, 318-274-2222 or e-mail GSUPolice@gram.edu, or by mailing a written request to:
