Mr. Terence P. Bradford is an accounting educator and seasoned financial professional who serves in the College of Business at Grambling State University. A 1981 graduate of Grambling State with a B.S. in Accounting and a 2003 M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, Bradford brings more than three decades of applied experience to the classroom. He teaches Financial, Governmental, and Auditing courses, drawing on a career that spans public accounting, K-12 and higher-education finance, media-industry controllership, and entrepreneurial practice as owner of a certified public-accounting firm.
Before entering academe full-time, Bradford managed multimillion-dollar budgets as Finance Director for KDFW FOX 4/FSN Southwest, Finance Manager for New Orleans Public Schools, and Assistant Athletic Director for Business at Grambling State University. His public-service orientation is reflected in roles such as Bayou Classic Committee member and mentor to Phi Beta Lambda student competitors, and in professional affiliations with both the Louisiana and American Institutes of CPAs. These diverse leadership experiences underpin his commitment to preparing students for ethical, real-world accounting practice.
