
Dr. Sharon White Johnson is an accomplished scholar and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and 21 years in secondary school education. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Jackson State University, an MBA from Grambling State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Science Education from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Licensed to teach physics, mathematics, and general science, Dr. Johnson brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. She is certified in online pedagogy and course design, reflecting her commitment to innovative teaching methods. Currently an Associate Professor of Management at Grambling State University, she has also held academic positions at Savannah State University and Strayer University. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom, including roles such as President of the Board of Directors for Key Comprehensive Corporation and active participation in accreditation initiatives.
Dr. Johnson teaches a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Management Principles and Policies, Organizational Behavior, Applied Quantitative Methods, and Strategic Management. She specializes in online and hybrid instruction, leveraging her certifications in Quality Matters and distance learning to create engaging, student-centered experiences.
